General exhibition period
The exhibition «AGROSALON 2010» is to be realized in the Pavilion No.3 of the International Exhibition Center «Crocus Expo» in accordance with the following time schedule:
Exhibition open period
October 6, 2010 from 10:00 up to 18:00
October 7, 2010 from 10:00 up to 18:00
October 8, 2010 from 10:00 up to 18:00
October 9, 2010 from 10:00 up to 14:00
Exhibition assembly and dismantling schedule
Assembly
October 1, 2010 from 8:00 up to 20:00
October 2, 2010 from 8:00 up to 20:00
October 3, 2010 from 8:00 up to 20:00
October 4, 2010 from 8:00 up to 20:00
October 5, 2010 from 8:00 up to 15:00
Dismantling
October 9, 2009 from 14:00 up to 20:00
October 10, 2009 from 8:00 up to 20:00
During the exhibition realization period the International Exhibition Center «Crocus Expo» is working from 8:00 up to 20:00.
The exhibition working time is 8 hours per day from 10:00 up to 18:00.
Two hours before the beginning of the exhibition working time and two hours after its end are daily allocated to services of the International Exhibition Center «Crocus Expo» for cleaning and performance of routine maintenance, repair and other works on the exhibition space. During this time, participants are only allowed to perform works within the stands, press centers and other premises occupied by them under the condition that the works performed by them don’t interfere with the activity of services of the International Exhibition Center «Crocus Expo».
At 20:00 exhibition halls are closed, sealed and passed over to the security. It is forbidden to stay in sealed halls within the period from 20:00 up to 08:00.
Realization of receptions, cocktails, concerts, etc. in exhibition halls at the end of the exhibition working time is not allowed.
